OUR ITINERARY
DAY 1 - CHECK INTO VEGAS' MOST GLAMOROUS HOTEL & CASINO, DINE OVERLOOKING BELLAGIO FOUNTAINS & LEARN BLACKJACK & ROULETTE!
On arrival at the airport you'll be met and taken to the Strip’s most glamorous boutique hotel and casino, with one of Vegas' best rooftop pools, nightclubs and after hours bar. Follow the illuminated hallway to your plush Parisian boudoir style room, with luxurious decor and sought after views of the bright lights of the Strip. Freshen up after your flight in your swanky bathroom, glam up at your movie star-esque dressing table and meet your new travel buddies in the casino lobby cocktail lounge to get to know everyone.
We'll have a table reserved for dinner at a fantastic restaurant in a prime location with incredible views of the Strip and Bellagio Fountains, then we'll head to our stylish and intimate casino to learn the art of blackjack and roulette together! Don't worry if you've never played or been to a casino, we'll show you the ropes with these classic games and casino etiquette, so if this is something you fancy having a go at, you can hit the casino floor like a pro!
Vegas stays awake as long as you do and we'll be spoilt for choice for bars, casinos and nightclubs if you're not ready to return to the comfort of your giant bed just yet!

DAY 2 - STRIP LIMO RIDE & ICONIC SIGHTS WALKING TOUR!
Travel in style by limo to the iconic Welcome to Las Vegas sign. Visit the wedding chapel made famous by Elvis in 60's movie Viva Las Vegas. Walk beneath elaborate facades of world famous casinos from Luxor's giant pyramid and sphinx, New York New York's Statue of Liberty, Brooklyn Bridge and Big Apple Rollercoaster, MGM Grand's Wizard of Oz inspired emerald city and gigantic bronze lion, and Paris' Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triumph.
Our walking tour ends at the Venetian Hotel with free time to dine in the Palazzo, explore the Grand Canal shops and take a gondola ride through the canal. Time to relax? Head back to our luxury hotel and take a dip in the fabulous rooftop pool, with unparalleled views over the Strip.
Tonight is a free night so you can choose to just chill, join others for dinner, or why not catch one of the amazing shows Vegas has to offer, from classic Cirque de Soleil to Magic Mike Live, to countless famous artists with Vegas residencies. We'll find out who fancies seeing what so you can match up and get your tickets booked in advance.

DAY 3 - INCREDIBLE SCENIC FLIGHT TO THE GRAND CANYON!
It's time for a real bucket list adventure to see one of the greatest natural attractions on Earth, the Grand Canyon. A short transfer takes us to the airport in Boulder City where we'll board a small plane for a breathtaking scenic flight through the desert from Nevada into Arizona, passing over Lake Mead and the Hoover Dam.
The Grand Canyon National Park is one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World, 6,000 feet deep at its deepest point, spanning a massive 277 miles, split by the Colorado River. Our flight takes us to the edge of the canyon and lands, then we'll have a few hours to explore on foot and get up close to incredible views into the canyon.
If you'd like to get down into the heart of the canyon you might even have time (at an additional cost on the day) to take a short helicopter ride to the canyon floor, and a boat ride along the Colorado River. A truly memorable day done in style, with no long slog tour bus journeys in sight!
Back in Vegas, tonight we'll head to an open air sports bar overlooking the Strip for food and drinks, or do what you like with some free time to relax, explore or catch a show.

DAY 4 - CAESARS PALACE GARDEN OF THE GODS & NIGHT OUT ON THE STRIP!
It's our last full day and night in Vegas and we're going out with a bang! Our daytime plan is to lounge in style at Caesars Palace Greek style Garden of the Gods oasis, with seven pools, decadent cabanas and lavish sunbathing spots. There's all sorts of different vibes here depending on your mood; you can simply relax and unwind in the more chilled areas, try your luck at the swim-up blackjack tables or join the party at the Neptune pool.
In the evening we'll get glammed up and head for a fantastic last night meal together at one of Vegas' top restaurants, followed by a guided bar hop between some of the Strip's most glamorous bars and nightclubs. Imagine a cocktail bar set around a three storey chandelier, dining inside a giant jewellery box themed restaurant and dancing your heart out in an open air terrace overlooking the bright lights of the Strip and soaring Bellagio Fountains.
When we've danced and partied until we can't anymore, we'll head to our hotel's speakeasy style after-hours bar to wind down, then when you're ready, simply catch the lift to the comfort of your big luxury bed!

DAY 5 - FREE TIME TO BRUNCH, SHOP & EXPLORE!
You might need a lie in after last night, but don't worry, lots of return flights to the UK don't leave Vegas until the evening so you can relax and recover in your gorgeous room and still have some free time to squeeze in a bit more Vegas before your transfer to the airport to head home.
Why not round off your trip with one of Vegas' renowned decadent brunches or all you can eat buffets? Take yourself shopping in one of the fabulous malls or window shop in wonder at designer boutiques in the glamorous Via Bellagio. Hop on the monorail to the Stratosphere and up to the observation deck for amazing views over the Strip and out to the desert, and if you dare, one of the hair-raising rides at the top. Take a ride on the High Roller big wheel, zip line above the Linq promenade or head downtown to explore old school Vegas' Fremont Street.
Or of course, there's always the opportunity to try your last bit of luck in one of the many casinos, as with everything we've been up to, you might not have had chance; there's so much more to Vegas than you think!

FAQS
TELL ME ABOUT FLIGHTS!
You will need to arrange your flights separately as these aren't included in the tour price, and make sure you arrive in Las Vegas after 12pm and ideally before 5pm on Day 1 of the tour, so you don't miss our welcome dinner overlooking the Bellagio Fountains!
Women join our tours from all over the place but flights from the UK to Vegas at the peak summer time of July were available at the time of writing this (January 2022) from around £750. If you're interested in combining our Vegas Adventure with our Hawai'i Adventure, then flights from the UK via Las Vegas into Maui for the tour and then out of O'ahu via Vegas for this tour, are available from just over £1000.
We can help advise you on your flights depending on where you are flying from. Please check with us that your flight times will work around the tour before booking them.
WILL I SHARE A ROOM?
Yes you will share a room with one other woman throughout the trip. The standard of accommodation is high and rooms are very spacious, usually with two Queen double beds so you will have one to yourself. Occasionally, if two Queen beds aren't available then it will be a very large King sized bed, but with lots of space. In our experience, as we're all female, most women are more than happy with this and it means we can stay in some beautiful accommodation where there occasionally might not be the option of two beds per room. At the moment, having your own room is not an option.
WILL I NEED A VISA?
Most international visitors to the US need to get a visa or an Electronic System for Travel Authorisation (ESTA) visa waiver to enter or transit the US as a visitor. You should consult the US State Department website to determine which you will need.
I just needed an ESTA for my last trip of a few weeks and the process was a breeze, all done online with a cost of $14, just over £10.
ARE YOUR TOURS JUST FOR WOMEN FROM THE UK?
Absolutely not! We are a UK based company so lots of the women who join our tours are from all over the UK, but we welcome women from all over the world! In fact we are receiving more enquiries from all over the place and our last tour to Croatia had two women fly from the US and one fly from Germany to join us.
DO I NEED PERSONAL TRAVEL INSURANCE?
Yes, as with any holiday you must ensure that you have personal travel insurance in place to cover your booking, your personal health and other requirements in the lead up to and during the tour, including the activities outlined in the summary above, some of which may be classed as of an adventurous nature.
We strongly advise that you take out your travel insurance immediately after booking to cover your whole booking, and that it includes cover for the potential impact of COVID, such as testing positive or developing symptoms just before the tour begins or during the tour.
I'VE NEVER DONE ANYTHING LIKE THIS BEFORE!
If this is the first time you have ever done anything like this - don't worry, most of the women who book onto our tours are exactly the same as you! WHAT'S THE AGE GROUP AND REQUIRED HEALTH & FITNESS?
All Travel Queen tours are for women aged 25 to 59 only, and you need to be up for fun and adventure (especially in Vegas baby!) and have a good level of health and fitness. We have this rule so that you and all the other women on the tour know who they'll be sharing their adventure with and so we don't have too big an age gap between people, because that's one of the things our Travel Queens tell us is important to them.
It's also there because our tours are more than just holidays, they are action-packed adventures with lots of travel and activities packed into the itinerary. You don't need to be super fit or a daredevil - this is NOT a fitness freak or adrenaline junkie trip! But you do need to be able to handle with ease things like climbing into a small airplane, lots of walking at a decent pace and being steady on your feet, without holding up the rest of the group, and carrying your own bag.
WHAT ABOUT COVID STUFF?
One of the reasons I chose to do this particular adventure next, was because US borders have been open since early November, when I travelled there to check everything out, and there is a strong relationship between the US and the UK and a willingness to maintain a stable, reciprocal travel corridor.
At the time of writing this (January 2022), the US requires all international visitors to show proof of full vaccination and a negative result from a pre-departure COVID test. The UK no longer requires those who are fully vaccinated to carry out a test before they return home from abroad or when they arrive home.
I expect the US could likely remove the need for testing by July, in favour of proof of vaccination only, and I will provide all the help I can to make sense of any requirements closer to the time, if they remain in place. But it is your responsibility to check everything out for yourself and make sure you meet all requirements based on your individual circumstances. If you are in the UK you can do that here.
I am confident that our July Vegas Adventure will definitely be able to go ahead, as we could actually run it right now! But I know that reassurances are needed for you to book with confidence, so please rest assured that if the future impact of COVID should mean that we cannot run the tour, you will be given the opportunity to either transfer your balance paid to date onto an alternative future tour date, or receive a full refund.
WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE TOUR PRICE, AND WHAT ISN'T?
Accommodation of a very high standard, all activities and transfers detailed above, and the comfort of being accompanied by an experienced tour leader to travel with you and take care of everything, are included in the tour price.
Also included in the tour price is the usual, unique standard of Travel Queen service, which includes help with advising you on your flights, even if you don't book them with us, and providing useful information and opportunities for you to get to know your tour leader and other members of your tour group before the tour, through a dedicated Facebook group and online meet-up event just for the women you will be travelling with.
No other tour operator has the owner of the business travelling with tour groups and there's no one more committed to making sure you have an amazing adventure with us, than me!
Transfers to and from the airport at the beginning and end of the tour must take place on the first and last day of the tour for business insurance reasons, so if you intend to spend any longer in Vegas please consult us to see if we can arrange your transfer to or from your accommodation and if there will be any additional charge.
Not included are your flights to Vegas at the start and end of the tour, spending money, personal travel insurance, visa/ESTA, all meals and drinks and any additional extras you may choose to do in your free time, such as see a show, ride the monorail or visit attractions such as the Strat observation deck.
I'M UP FOR IT! HOW DO I BOOK?
It is a £295 deposit to secure your place, and you can book here through our website using the button below, or give me a call on 07967 788845 to pay by card over the phone, or to arrange a bank payment to the Travel Queen LTD TTA Trust Account, or we can email you a link to pay the deposit or the full balance by a Worldpay card link, whatever suits you best. The remaining balance will be due around two months before the tour.
Travel Queen is a fully certified tour operator and member of the Travel Trust Association, which means that your booking has 100% financial protection and that we have the necessary business practices and insurances in place to professionally operate group tours of this nature. It is standard Travel Queen policy that all bookings are non-refundable but please rest assured that if the future impact of COVID should mean that we cannot run the tour, you will be given the opportunity to either transfer your balance paid to date onto an alternative future tour date, or receive a full refund.
