Once we have received your booking request and deposit, we will email you a full booking confirmation and receipt and invoice with the remaining balance and your options for paying the balance and booking your flights. The balance can be paid all at once about 2 months before departure or you can spread the cost between now and then with smaller payments suited to you! Terms and Conditions of booking and details of paying the remaining balance

The payment facility above is for customers to pay the deposit, which is non-refundable and non-transferable. This payment can also be taken over the phone by calling Travel Queen LTD on 07967 788845. The deposit will be deducted from the total tour price, leaving a remaining balance which can be paid in full or in instalments agreed with Travel Queen LTD. Once the deposit has been paid, Travel Queen LTD will issue customers with an invoice setting out the agreed payment amounts and dates for the balance to paid, based on the customer's preference of the options above. This will be emailed to customers at the time of booking and reminders of payments due will be sent until the balance has been paid. Balance payments can be made over the phone, by bank transfer or through a link sent by email. Payments must reach Travel Queen LTD by the dates required or your place on the tour will not be secured. Travel Queen LTD reserves the right to make amendments to the tour as necessary. All payments to Travel Queen LTD are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for taking out their own personal travel insurance to cover their booking and participation in the travel services and activities and modes of transport and accommodation arranged by Travel Queen LTD and explained in the tour itinerary.

Travel Queen tours are for women only aged in their 20s to 50s in good health and fitness, as advised within the tour descriptions and FAQs. Travel Queen LTD reserves the right to refuse admission onto the tour to individuals who do not meet these entry criteria and reserves the right to make the final decision regarding any exceptions to this. If customers make a booking and do not disclose health conditions known at the time, develop health conditions after booking, or do not ensure that they have adequate personal travel insurance to cover their personal health, Travel Queen LTD reserves the right to refuse participation of that customer in the tour. The tour price does not include flights. Accommodation is shared and can involve sharing the same bed, as advised on the tour description FAQs. Travel Queen LTD reserves the right to refuse participation of individuals on tours to those who have demonstrated unsociable or other behaviour if it is believed that this could potentially have a negative impact on others joining the tour and the quality of their experience.

Travel Queen LTD is a fully licensed member of the Travel Trust Association (TTA) and as such complies with the UK Package Travel Regulations. This is the equivalent protection as ABTA. Customers are guaranteed 100% financial protection with all payments made into a TTA Trust Bank Account, overseen by TTA Trustees. If flights are booked with Travel Queen LTD they will be ATOL protected.
