OUR ITINERARY
DAY 1 - ARRIVE IN SANTORINI AND SOAK UP THOSE VIEWS!
Welcome to Greece's most iconic destination, the blue domed, white washed, cliff side postcard views of stunning Santorini! This place absolutely lives up to the hype and literally looks exactly like it does in all those famous shots, but it's actually even better in person with the scale of those dramatic sea views and the unexpected charm of the little villages and their lovely people, that you just can't capture in photos.
I fell in love with Santorini immediately and one of the reasons was the striking beauty of the accommodation I found for us! I actually couldn't believe it was going to be possible to bring groups here and stay in such an incredible, sought after location, right in the heart of those iconic postcard scenes, with the most amazing sea and sunset views direct from our balconies; the pictures just don't do it justice.
You’ll be picked up at Santorini Airport on arrival and taken to our hotel where we'll enjoy the afternoon relaxing before we head out for dinner in my favourite local taverna for your first taste of delicious Greek food, with the best rooftop views for our first Santorini sunset!
DAY 2 - EXPLORE STUNNING OIA & MAMMA MIA OPEN AIR CINEMA!
After a leisurely morning, waking up to breakfast on our balconies and starting the day with those stunning sea views, we'll head into the village of Oia to explore. Oia is home to Santorini's most famous scenes of those three blue domed churches, and I do know the best spot and time for you to get THAT shot, if you want it!
But there is more to see in Oia too, from the pretty village streets, great restaurants (including my fave traditional, family run one that I'll share with you), stunning viewpoints and the fantastic little port in Ammoudi Bay.
We'll explore together before returning to the sanctuary of our resort to relax for the rest of the day.
In the evening, you'll have the option to enjoy a special open air cinema experience, in probably the most scenic cinema you'll ever see, to watch the iconic Greek movie, Mamma Mia!
DAY 3 - WALK TO SKAROS ROCK VIEWPOINT!
When I visited Santorini, it was actually my walk to this viewpoint and how it made me feel, that was another one of the reasons I absolutely fell in love with this place!
Skaros Rock is a peak within the caldera that makes up Santorini's unique volcanic landscape, and the views from the rock itself are just incredible. We enjoy a lovely scenic walk through the neighbouring village, before it looms infront of us, and it is a bit of a steep climb up, but this is what makes it so quiet up there, and why it feels so wild and untouched, and special!
It gave me all those feelings of being alive and free and in love with exploring, and reminded me how lucky I was to be able to experience places like this and those good vibes we don't always get so much of at home, and I'm sure it'll make you feel the same!
DAY 4 - OPTIONAL CATAMARAN SAILING TRIP!
Another sure fire way to get those happy to be alive, not a care in the world, wind in your hair vibes, and a personal favourite of mine, is a sailing trip!!
This is an optional extra that you can choose to do today if you fancy it, and I've checked out the different kind of boats and the places they go to pick the best of the bunch! This is a fantastic catamaran cruise around the coastline of Santorini, where you'll be able to see the island's stunning red and white beaches, experience the natural springs within the sea created by the volcano, and snorkel crystal clear waters.
There's also a fantastic greek style buffet and free drinks served on board as we gently float in a sheltered bay for swimming and jumping into the sea... heaven!
Back on land, we'll enjoy our final Santorini sunset and delicious Greek dinner together, before our last day tomorrow.
DAY 5 - FINAL TIME IN PARADISE THEN TRAVEL HOME
It's almost the end of our escape to paradise and time to enjoy a final morning waking up in Santorini and soaking up those stunning views, with a lounge by the pool or a stroll along the incredible coastal paths you'll now be in love with, before your transfer to Santorini Airport for your flight home...

Your group leader will be me, Travel Queen Owner, Mel Stephens, here! (Only in case of an emergency, it will be someone amazing that I trust to deliver the trip on my behalf.)

I'VE NEVER DONE ANYTHING LIKE THIS BEFORE!
If this is the first time you have ever done anything like this - don't worry, most of the women who book onto our trips are exactly the same as you! WHAT IS THE AGE GROUP?
Travel Queen trips are for women aged 25 to 59 who are up for fun and sharing the experience with likeminded women!
HOW FIT DO I NEED TO BE?
You need to be of a good level of fitness as this trip will involve some walking in a warm and sunny climate, and our accommodation can only be accessed by steps due to Santorini's beautiful prime cliffside location. You also need to be able to climb in and out of minivans (and boats if you do the optional boat trip) and carry all of your own luggage for at least a 10 to 15 minute walk if needed.
WILL I GET TO MEET OTHER WOMEN
ON THE TOUR BEFORE WE GO?
On every trip we hold a virtual, video pre-trip meet up just for the women on your trip, so you can all get to know one another. We also create a closed Facebook group for everyone going on the trip too, where we share useful tips and advice and where you can all ask questions and get to know each other in the lead up to the tour.
I'M IN! HOW DO I BOOK?
Great - you're in for the trip of a lifetime! You can book online here on the website on the link above, or on our Book page, with a £295 deposit or give me a call on 07399 303859 to book over the phone. The balance is due 2 months before the tour and you can choose to pay in instalments in the lead up to this date or however suits you best, or if you are booking closer to the trip than this, you'll need to pay the full balance upfront.
WILL I BE SHARING A ROOM?
Yes, you will share with one other woman in a room with twin beds or a large double bed, or occasionally more than one other woman if, for example, the room is a two bedroom suite. The standard of accommodation is extremely high and many places in Santorini simply don't offer twin beds as it is not a destination that typically attracts groups, more couples, but we don't think us solo female travellers should miss out!
Our trip price would be a lot more if you don't share a room, but sometimes it is possible to upgrade to have your own room. Please see our booking section above/separate booking page, or get in touch, if you would like to see if this is possible and what the additional cost would be.
HOW DO I SORT MY FLIGHTS?
Flights are not included in the trip price. You will need to arrive in Santorini by midday of Day 1 so you don't miss our group welcome that afternoon before we head out together in the evening, and fly out of Santorini on Day 5. There is no set time that your flight needs to be on this day, but please bear in mind you will need to check out of your room by 10am and if you have a very late flight we provide a group transfer to the airport around this time. You can choose to arrive before or stay later than these timings and arrange your own airport transfers.
