11 NIGHTS' ACCOMMODATION INCLUDING:

Two nights in a deluxe room (2 sharing) in a luxury 5* boutique hotel with a rooftop swimming pool and skybar, in the heart of Hanoi's Old Quarter.
One night in a 3* en suite cabin with private balcony (2 sharing) on an overnight cruise in Halong Bay on board a traditional Vietnamese junk ship.
Two nights in a traditional style, 4* retreat hotel in the North Vietnam countryside in Ninh Binh (2 sharing) with indoor and outdoor swimming pools and spa.
Three nights in deluxe rooms in a 4* luxury, riverside resort with two swimming pools and spa in Hoi An, Central Vietnam (2 sharing).
Three nights in a modern deluxe room, set in the tropical gardens of a 4* resort in Siem Reap, Cambodia (2 sharing) with swimming pool and spa.
Please note, sharing a room will be a combination of twin/double beds.

WHAT ISN'T INCLUDED?

Flights to Vietnam before the tour starts and from Cambodia at the end of the tour, are not included. You will need to book your own flights into Hanoi International Airport in Vietnam to start the tour, and out of Siem Reap Airport in Cambodia. Please seek our advice on required timings of flights and the options that work around the tour before booking your flights.
Food and drinks (except breakfast included every day) and the cost of anything else you would like to buy.
Your personal travel insurance, which you are responsible for ensuring covers you and any personal health requirements you might have, to participate in the activities above in Vietnam and Cambodia, some of which may be classed as of an adventurous nature.
The cost of visas for entry into both Vietnam and Cambodia.
Optional extra activities including:

WHAT'S THE AGE GROUP AND REQUIRED HEALTH & FITNESS LEVEL?

WHERE DO I NEED TO FLY TO AND FROM AND WHEN FOR THIS TOUR?

WILL I BE SHARING A ROOM?

All Travel Queen tours are for women aged 25 to 59 only, and you need to be up for fun and adventure and have a good level of health and fitness! We have this rule so that you and all the other women on the tour know who they'll be sharing their adventure with and so we don't have too big an age gap between people, because that's one of the things our Travel Queens tell us is important to them.

It's also there because our tours are more than just holidays, they are action-packed adventures with lots of travel and activities packed into the itinerary. You don't need to be super fit or a daredevil - this is NOT a fitness freak or adrenaline junkie trip! But you do need to be able to handle with ease things like lots of walking and moderate hiking for a decent distance, sometimes up steps, without holding up the rest of the group, and you must be able to comfortably carry all your own luggage.

You must inform us of any health conditions or disabilities before making a booking so we can advise you on the suitability of joining a tour, and whether we are able to make adjustments to accommodate your requirements (which we will do where possible), or if this is not possible.

You need to fly into Hanoi International Airport, Vietnam, and arrive in either the morning or early afternoon on the first day of the tour, by 2pm at the latest, in order to make the most of your first day and not miss our first activity.

On the final day of the tour a transfer back to Siem Reap Airport, Cambodia, where the tour ends, is included in the price so you'll need to begin your journey home with a flight from here.

Of course you may decide to spend a little longer in Hanoi before the tour begins, or in Cambodia after the tour ends, and you may like to consider a stopover on the way as many flights to this part of the world stop in interesting places like Bangkok, Dubai, Singapore or Kuala Lumpur.

Yes most visitors do require visas to enter Vietnam and Cambodia. As all visa requirements differ based on where you are from, how long you are staying and are subject to change, please consult your national government travel advice and the embassies for both countries.

DO I NEED VISAS FOR ENTRY INTO VIETNAM AND CAMBODIA?

Yes, you will share a room with other women throughout the tour, and arrangements may stay the same or change at each new accommodation. The standard of accommodation is high and rooms are very spacious, with a combination of twin or large double beds. In our experience, as we're all female, most women are more than happy with this and it means we can stay in some beautiful accommodation where there occasionally might not be the option of two beds per room.

If you would like your own room it will cost a lot more, due to the quality of the accommodation we use, but please contact us so we can let you know if this is possible and what the additional cost would be.

WHO WILL BE OUR TOUR LEADER?

Your tour leader will either be the owner of Travel Queen (Mel) or a local guide that Mel has met and is confident will provide the same high standards to take care of everything and make sure you have an amazing adventure!

It is a £295 deposit to secure your place, and you can book here through our website using the button below. Or give me a call on 07967 788845 to pay by card over the phone, or to arrange a bank payment to the Travel Queen LTD TTA Trust Account, or we can email you a link to pay the deposit or the full balance by a Worldpay card link, whatever suits you best. The remaining balance will be due bthree months before the tour.

Travel Queen is a fully certified tour operator and member of the Travel Trust Association, which means that your booking has 100% financial protection and that we have the necessary business practices and insurances in place to professionally operate group tours of this nature. It is standard Travel Queen policy that all bookings are non-refundable but please rest assured that if government advice should mean that we cannot run the tour, you will be given the opportunity to either transfer your balance paid to date onto an alternative future tour date or to request a refund.
